Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Realm Hosting offers shared web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security, including passwords.
• Accounts may not be used for unlawful purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Host, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing sites, spam, or illegal content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Use hosting services to disrupt or attack networks.
• Resell services without prior authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Billing and Payment

• All prices are in CAD.
• Services are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Setup and add-on fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Realm Hosting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans (excluding domain names, licenses, and setup fees). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@realmhosting.site.

6. Domain Registration

• Domain registrations are final and non-refundable.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information.
• Expired domains may enter redemption or deletion per registry rules.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Realm Hosting is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realm Hosting from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You fail to pay invoices.
• Required by law or regulation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
